Sunday, June 3rd, 2001. Digging into oblivion. We thought we could finish digging of the foundation today but at this point the trenches and the drain had to be so deep that we were unable to quite finish.

The last bit of digging will occur the next weekend, right here. We're very close!! That said, we are suprisingly un-burned-out of digging. Each day we feel good about what we're doing. But we're also excited about nearing the next phase of construction. |
