Sunday, Nov. 4, 2001. Today we mortared as usual. Since the foundation is getting high and above the floor level, we decided to use cob instead for mortaring the inside, as Terri really didn't want to see concrete from inside. At first we tried normal cob with straw, but that was hard to fit in small cracks. so later we switched to non-straw cob. We made more cob batches and build up the south wall. Terri also made a start on figuring out the toilet plumbing. But the day was hot as usual and we were very drained at the end. Phew.
